Have you ever thought about what you like to do for fun, only to realize that you don’t know?

Are you unhappy with your friend/work/life situation?

Do you feel like you don’t have a great support system around you?

You’re not alone.

The Shakti Summer Series was designed to help women live more mindfully, acknowledge the limiting beliefs that hold themselves back, and teach them to listen to their inner wants and needs.

With an emphasis on mindfulness, self-love, and intuition-based practices, Shakti helps participants rediscover themselves in a supportive, empowering way.

What is Shakti?

Shakti is Sanskrit and has a variety of meanings. For us, it symbolizes empowerment, specifically with female energy.

The Shakti Summer Series uses this interpretation to hold a safe space for women who want to grow within. Participants will work through insecurities and fears while being supported by one another.

You’ll learn how to…

~ understand personal barriers hold you back

~ practice exercises that encourage self-love and acceptance

~ increase self-awareness and self-sabotaging habits

~ be vulnerable with yourself and others in a safe, supportive setting

Shakti Summer Series Rundown

Bi-weekly classes

We will meet every other week for the class portion of Shakti. The class will run for 2 hours and includes time for discussion, reflection, and journaling. During these classes, participants can ask questions, share progress, and get to know one another on a deeper level.

Bi-Weekly Outings

On the “off weeks” from class, the group will attend empowering events together. Some events are calm while others might push participants outside of their comfort zone! All activities are designed to support, encourage, and empower participants.

Group support

Best of all, participants get to venture through Shakti together, almost like a family. The series provides a safe-space for women to feel comfortable, vulnerable, and, best of all, like themselves.

Who teaches the Shakti Summer Series?

Amanda Crichton, Fulcio’s Founder.

Amanda created Fulcio in 2017 when she realized that self-love goes beyond nutrition and one’s appearance. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Amanda learned that nutrition is secondary if self-love isn’t involved. Without self-love, she quickly learned that clients lacked the respect they needed to properly take care of themselves, which is why her focus is to help clients respect and advocate for their body’s mental and physical health.

Apply for you.

Take the next step for you, not us.

The Summer Shakti Series is about growth and inner work. It takes a special commitment to join, which is why all applicants are required to talk to Amanda prior to being accepted.

Out of respect for the group, space is VERY limited, so consider taking the first step below.

Together, let’s share our stories and encourage one another’s journey.
